Ronald Frank attended Florida State University, where he was initiated into Nu Delta Chapter. With his later involvement in Chi Phi Fraternity, he became affiliated with Iota Zeta Chapter at George Mason University and Delta Zeta Chapter at the University of South Florida.
Frank had an accomplished career in project and proposal management with companies such as Raytheon, Comtech Telecommunications, and iGov.
Ronald Frank is regarded as a prominent leader for the future advancement of Chi Phi Fraternity in the 21st century. He served on the Grand Council as Grand Beta from 2010 until 2014, when he was elected to the position of Grand Alpha. Frank was Grand Alpha from 2014 until 2017. He has also been a generous donor to several fundraising campaigns, including the Changing Lives $10 Million campaign, which supported Fraternity programs in education and leadership training.
